As a seasoned UX designer with 10 years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working on a diverse range of projects that span multiple industries. With expertise in people management, I have led teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that exceed business objectives.

My experience includes designing store checkout experiences at Walmart, where I helped streamline the checkout process and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, I worked on identity and security experiences at eBay, where I focused on enhancing the user's trust and confidence in the platform.

In addition to my work in e-commerce, I also worked at Crystal Bridges Museum of Art where I created digital experiences that engaged and educated visitors about the art on display. As a digital experience designer, I was responsible for developing interactive exhibits and multimedia installations that brought the artwork to life.

My passion for creating engaging, intuitive, and meaningful experiences is reflected in the projects I have delivered throughout my career.

Design manager, leading a team of designers ensuring we keep eBay a secure and trusted marketplace. Our security initiatives focus on getting users set up with the most secure account so they can easily sign in, and make sure their private info and assets are protected. In the identity space, we help keep risky sellers off the platform by doing identity checks for personal and business users.

Boston Globe The delivery software is intended to simplify the chaotic task restaurants face of organizing orders coming in from the five large delivery services — DoorDash, Caviar, Grubhub, Postmates, and Uber Eats — each of which has its own platform software. By working with the services, Toast built connections into its software so that restaurants will be able to view and manage orders on a single, combined dashboard.

At Walmart I lead and manage a team of designers working on the future of checkout in stores. Our main focus is to create seamless and frictionless integrated experiences for our customers. Our experiences span across platforms, hardware, space and users. 

We are creating checkout as a service and designing solutions that integrate checkout into any area within the store. We are also focusing on the associate by building tools that require little to no training, allowing associates to assist our customers better.

Digital Media Designer

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art Nov 2012 - Aug 2016 

As the digital Media designer at Crystal Bridges I assisted and led several aspects of the digital communications for the Museum.

In 2016 I redesigned the Museum’s website look and feel and site architecture. With this redesign I worked with the communication and creative teams to bring the Museum brand front and center. The update also allowed the site to be responsive and introduced a new payment and membership integration.

Established constant email marketing communications, subscriber lists, email design templates, and cadence

Worked with creative, education, and curatorial teams to create engaging interactive kiosks for special exhibitions and for the permanent collection
